Length and Strength from the Inside Out
2009 Classes for fall
In
this class, you will learn safe exercises you can do
without equipment on your own schedule. Strengthen muscles and
bones, and improve balance, posture and flexibility. Bring a mat.
This class will run continuously on Monday nights from September
through December. You may begin exercising with us at the
beginning of the month at any time during this time frame. You may
attend some or all of
